Home Addition

This client called hoping to remove an awkward and poorly built family room that was attached to a very small kitchen.  We ultimately removed the Family Room and built a new addition in the rear of the house allowing access to the lovely back yard.  We relocated the kitchen to the existing dining room and divided the existing living room into a small library and cozy dining room.  The original kitchen was converted into a mudroom and small office.
